Ant runs the Cayman Islands Half Marathon 2021

I'm running the The Walkers Cayman Islands Half-Marathon taking place on Sunday, 5 December 2021. The race is now in its 19th year.

The route goes along the waterfront of George Town, the capital of the Cayman Islands, into the residential area of South Sound, with views of the ocean, and then into the financial district and along the waterfront once again.

This year I'm running in memory of Chris's Dad, John, who passed away of pancreatic cancer earlier this year. Any donation big or small would be greatly appreciated.

About pancreatic cancer

In the UK, around 10,000 new cases of pancreatic cancer are diagnosed each year and it has the lowest survival rate of all common cancers – only around 5% of those diagnosed survive for five years or more.

Pancreatic cancer often doesn’t cause symptoms in the early stages. As the cancer grows, it may start to cause symptoms. The symptoms may not be specific to pancreatic cancer, and they may come and go to begin with. This can make pancreatic cancer hard to diagnose.
