Bravery isn’t the absence of fear. It’s being afraid and still meeting the battle head on.
Rashpal lived the fullest of lives. Married for forty years and travelled all over the world.
A life humbly and lovingly lived for others. Working hard to provide every opportunity to her legacy of two children and five grandchildren who will fondly remember her warmth and quirkiness.
A exceptional sense of loyalty saw Rash work for the same firm her entire life and make lifelong friends from as far back as lower school.
We will all miss her strength of character and wise counsel as our true North. Having lived her life by example, it was with an indomitable grace that she faced this unbeatable affliction.
She did not do so alone. The deepest of thanks and gratitude from the Jhutti and Jagpal families to the NHS and palliative care nursing teams for providing amazing care and sympathy through difficult times.
