Martin passed away on 28th September 2022 aged 71 years. He has left a massive hole in the lives of his family, partner and friends.

Martin was a kind, loving man who cared deeply about his family, his partner Linda and his close friends. He was a clever, knowledgeable and extremelely funny man.

Prior to his illness, he was still a very fit and active man at 70 years of age who still weight-trained 3 times a week, loved going out on his scooter (his pride and joy) and looked after his health. He had only just retired prior to the pandemic which curtailed a lot of his retirement plans. Cruelly following pandemic and with life getting back to normal, he was diagnosed with stage 4 pancreatic cancer in July 2022 having felt unwell for a few months. Martin passed away within 10 weeks of diagnosis. Pancreatic cancer is a cruel silent condition and it was too late for any treatment following diagnosis. Any money raised in Martin's memory will help fund much needed research into this cruel disease. Thanks
