My Dad

The kindest man anyone could have ever meet

You looked after everyone, would do anything for anyone if some need something you would say Iv got one of those I will bring it round.

In July 2021 after months of test over 6 months, we was given the horrendous news at Wigan hospital dad was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer stage 4

We were all devastated, but dad being the strong man he was tried his best to fight. He said to the doctors am in your hands I will try anything you want me to.

Dad even tried all my natural remedies even a little yoga and breathing techniques.

But after only 3 treatment of chemo dad was to poorly to manage anymore and had to stop chemo, this was in November 2021.

You still carried on trying to eat and get healthy, you was getting stronger.

You wanted to see your granddaughters 21st birthday and you did celebrating by your bed with a smile on your face.

You have always kept a smile on your face.

By March you still said you was feeling strong but you we could see you growing week and you lost your fight on 22nd March we where all with you tidying your garden and you was telling us how to pot your plans.
