John Houlton, beloved husband, father, and grandad. A kind, patient, and loving man devoted to his family.

John passed away at the age of 75 from pancreatic cancer on the 29 August, leaving behind a legacy of love and dedication to his family. He was a beloved husband to Margaret and a proud father to his three sons, Robert, Joseph, and Oliver. As a grandfather, he cherished his time with Annabelle, Theo, and Finn.

John was a devoted family man, kind, intelligent, patient and unwavering in his love and support for us.

A passionate rugby fan, John’s love for the game was infectious, and he shared that enthusiasm with his sons. His gentle spirit, deep wisdom and commitment to his family will be missed by all who had the honour of knowing him.

Donating to pancreatic cancer research is crucial because it remains one of the deadliest forms of cancer, with a low survival rate due to late detection and limited treatment options. Your donation helps fund vital research for earlier diagnosis, better treatments and support for patients and families, offering hope for improved outcomes and ultimately saving lives.
