Jim Davis

Jim was an incredible loving man with a heart of gold
Jim was one in a million. He brought a smile to so many faces and he was loved by so many. He loved nothing more than his close family and his wife Mandy and dogs buddy and honey. Jim loved his food more than most people know. He was a huge celtic fan and loved putting on his wee bet at the bookies when as he would say he “got his pocket money”. He worked at Glenapp castle where Jim was his happiest as he always went to the kitchen for his cakes and he was loved dearly by all the staff and guests. Jim was diagnosed in July 2021 with pancreatic cancer which sadly spread to his liver and lymph nodes. He was giving 2 days to live but Jim fought hard and lasted a whole 97 days and sadly passed away on the 20th October 2021. Jim will be sadly missed by so many and remembered everyday by those who lived him dearly.
