Mam was diagnosed with Pancreatic Cancer in October 2021. I contacted the Pancreatic Cancer charity for support and advice through the Nurse helpline. I was given guidance on what to expect, financial support and an opportunity for me to ask questions. I didn’t get this opportunity from anyone else.

At mams funeral we collected £180 in the hope the money will be used for research into this brutal condition. My mam lost her battle on 28th December such a blessing in the end.

Mam didn’t deserve to die this way and nobody else should either.
