Christine Lea

Christine was open, welcoming, friendly, generous and giving, and she made many friends in many walks of life. She had wide interests stretching from literature, ballet, classical music, art, history and also a great love of the natural world - wildlife, plants and flowers, birds and animals, gardening. She loved walking in the mountains, exploring the Peak District, North Yorkshire Moors, North Wales, the Lake District, the Dolomites, Alps and more. She had a most enquiring mind, eager to research something new. She loved deeply our family and relished the pleasure that she received from our three fine grandsons.

This dreadful disease took her too early, but she received caring, practical and mental support from the helpline at Pancreatic Cancer UK, and even in death she would be really pleased to learn that she can still go on helping them in the quest for a cure, and in supporting others. Can you help?
