Brian Linnett
Brian was a kind and caring family man with a brilliant sense of humour.
We've created this page to raise funds for Pancreatic Cancer UK with a specific focus on finding a solution to early diagnosis and effective treatment.
A true mark of the kind of man Brian was, he asked for his family and friends to continue living life in the best way possible and to raise funds for charity.
Brian was loved by many and has left a legacy of love and care between all who knew him. Since his passing, so many have shared stories and words to describe Brian, here are just a few:
"Nothing but kind things to say about him"
"Incredibly talkative"
"Fabulous sense of humour"
"Such a lovely man"
"Damn good man...I thought the world of him"
"I remember playing crossbar challenge with him before it was even invented!"
"He teased me with his love for Derby [from a Forest fan of course]"
"A true friend"
"Always kind and made time to chat, even if I am a Red"
"Great mate"
"Such a kind and gentle man"
"Well respected"
"Always polite and friendly"
His legacy will live on through all of us and we are determined to raise as much as possible to fund research into preventing others going through the nightmare we've experienced over the last few months.
All donations welcome and greatly appreciated, thank you.
