What to say? Her whole life she shone a light into everyone's hearts, all who met her loved her infectious passion and positivity for life. She gave all of herself to make others happy.

She packed her life doing the things she loved; music, travel and all things creative. She had a heart filled with love and gave amazing hugs as well as a wicked sense of humour.

Her advice was wise and full of light. She was not only a great friend, but a loving mum, teacher, friend and companion. All I am I learned from her. She went through life with a grace, dignity and humility that is so hard to find.

She believed and supported me in everything I every wanted to do, no matter what. She inspired me with the way she lived, even at times when she was down, she always encouraged me to be the best that I could be. Even though I was different, she said to embrace it and never change for anyone and to love myself for who I am.

I will always carry this with me, and it has helped me grow through life to be the woman I am today. Every great memory I have in life came from my mum.

I chose to support Pancreatic Cancer because I want to highlight just how little people know about this almost silent cancer. I wanted to make people aware of the wonderful work that goes into trying to get better survival rates and a diagnosis tool.

I am doing this for the memory of my mum, she was a fighter all her life and a generous, giving soul..I am fighting now so that those who have this illness can have a lovely quality of life and spend more time with their families and friends, getting to create so many more memories to cherish.

I truly hope this tribute will acheive awareness, survival, fight and the greatest thing of all hope. Hope that one day, all cancers can be a thing of the past.
