Walk 30k in November for Lynne
Last year Lynne did the 30k walk (1k each day for 30 days) before she started her chemotherapy, so this year I thought I would give it a try.
Although all donations would be welcomed, it would be great if others tried the Walk 30k in November to raise awareness of pancreatic cancer and maybe add a few quid to fund research and early diagnostic testing.
If you register on the Pancreatic Cancer UK website you will get a sponsor sheet, November record card and a T-shirt to wear when you are walking.
Everyone was so generous for the parachute jump that I am not expecting many donations but every little helps, even the odd pound. If you don’t want to donate a small amount online, I can donate it through the page for you.
Done. Not as many km as I would have liked but got there eventually. I will aim for a lot further next November. Thank you to all those who donated.
